The apartments GV, approx. 40m², in the ground floor with garden view, offering a separate living room and a bedroom, a double bed and 2 sofa beds (in the living room), kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. The Maisonettes GV, approx. 40m², in the ground floor with garden view, differ from the apartments by the subdivision on 2 levels, have a separate living room and a bedroom, a double bed and 2 sofa beds (in the living room), kitchenette, balcony and bathroom.
