and bathroom. Suitable for 2 persons.

The studios, approx. 35m², have a double bed, living area
with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, balcony and bathroom.
Suitable for 2 persons, and for 2 persons with max. 2 children.

The apartments, approx. 40m², have a separate living room and a bedroom, a double bed and 2 sofa beds (in the living room), kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. Suitable for 4 persons.

The apartments GV, approx. 40m², as above, but in the ground floor with garden view. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The Maisonettes, approx. 40m², differ from the apartments by the subdivision on 2 levels, have a separate living room and a bedroom, a double bed and 2 sofa beds (in the living room), kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. Suitable for 4 persons.

Common facilities: air-conditioning, fridge, TV and DVD Player, hairdryer and minisafe.

Rates in EURO per night /room . Included are breakfast, daily room-service with fresh towels. Change of bed linen every 2. day. Childs up to 3 years are staying free!
